Yardi introduces new resident services bundle

Real estate software company Yardi is introducing a new resident services bundle that enables residents to sign up for essential services directly through their RentCafe resident portal. Through this initiative, residents will only have to use one app to activate services after moving in.

The new bundle features a variety of products including a security deposit alternative and renters insurance.
