Xceedance welcomes George Freimarck as VP of business development

BOSTON, MA – (Marketwired – May 31, 2016) – Xceedance, a global provider of insurance and consulting services across all lines of property and casualty (P&C) insurance, is pleased to announce George Freimarck has joined the company as vice president for marketing and business development.

Freimarck’s responsibilities at Xceedance will include developing strategy and execution for building the Xceedance brand globally, while simultaneously extending the company’s client base. His efforts to increase market presence for Xceedance will compliment business development efforts and help to establish a baseline awareness of the company’s capabilities within an already well-informed target segment of the insurance industry. Freimarck will report to Xceedance’s CEO, Arun Balakrishnan, in the company’s Boston office.

Freimarck has an extensive background in providing solutions to the risk transfer industry, with a background in reinsurance, risk syndication, and advanced analytics. Most recently, Freimarck was practice leader with CoreLogic, and prior to that, he was senior vice president with Munich Re, where he was intricately involved in risk syndication for financial market clients, operating an intra-group brokerage service, and recommending reinsurance solutions for P&C insurers and reinsurers. Freimarck began his career as a reinsurance broker with Guy Carpenter, a division of Marsh, with client responsibilities for Japanese, Swiss and U.S. insurers.
