Xceedance acquires Millennium Information Services

Xceedance has acquired Millennium Information Services , expanding its presence in personal lines and enhancing its underwriting and analytics capabilities.

The acquisition adds nearly 200 employees and a network of over 1,300 inspectors, enabling Xceedance to offer more comprehensive inspection and data analytics services to insurers and MGAs.

Millennium conducts over 1 million property inspections annually for more than 80 carriers and MGAs, and its extensive data on property risks will support further innovation on its MAPS® software platform.
