Wrisk strengthens senior leadership with key appointments

Wrisk, the embedded insurance platform trusted by leading automotive brands, today announced two senior appointments that reinforce its commitment to scaling globally and setting new standards for embedded insurance. Gareth Clayton joins as Director of Programme Delivery & Operations, and Patrick Rodowicz takes on the role of Head of Insights & Reporting.

These appointments come as Wrisk moves into its next chapter of growth following a £12 million Series B raise in July 2025, backed by Mundi Ventures and Opera Tech Ventures. Over the past three years, Wrisk has delivered triple-digit year-on-year growth, establishing itself as the partner of choice for automotive OEMs seeking digital insurance programmes built for scale and precision.

Gareth Clayton brings more than two decades of experience leading global programmes in connected services, mobility platforms, and automotive innovation. Having held senior positions at Fiat Chrysler and Wejo, Gareth has overseen complex delivery across multiple regions and brands. At Wrisk, he will lead programme and operations delivery across the UK and EU, ensuring the discipline and scalability that underpin long-term partnerships.

Patrick Rodowicz joins with deep expertise in data and insights, having most recently served as Head of Data at Up Learn and, prior to that, as Global Head of Insight at Simply Business. His career has been defined by building advanced insights capabilities that drive strategic decision-making at scale. At Wrisk, Patrick will be responsible for shaping the insights and reporting functions that provide OEM partners with clarity, foresight, and measurable value.
