The Australian startup, a JV between Willis Towers Watson and CGU Insurance established in 2016, is targeting startups looking to purchase professional liability, public liability or cyber insurance online. Currently the site offers an online form. However, it recently announced the launch of Jamie, a chatbot to help startups “obtain important startup insurance information and gather a live indicative quote”. Startups can chat with Jamie using facebook messenger.
