The Berlin-based home security startup has raised $5m in total funding led by German electrical specialist Bachmann Group for its flagship product Flare, an AI-powered home security camera. The company was established in 2014 and led by George Platon (founder, CTO), Herbert Hellemann (CEO), and Wouter Verhoog (founder, ex-COO). Also, for a period of 7 months, Chris Weber was head of sales.
