Wefox raises $110 million

Following the reports by German media outlets, Wefox has secured $110 million. Of that sum, $55 million came in the form of a revolving credit facility from JPMorgan Chase and Barclays, and the remaining was an equity investment led by Squarepoint Capital.

According to Wefox, the company maintained its $4.5 billion valuation from its previous round of funding.

Less than a year ago, Wefox closed a $400 million Series D round.
