Walmart partners with Pawp

Walmart will offer Walmart+ subscribers access to Pawp’s service, which allows pet owners to chat with vet professionals.

The service, which costs $99 annually, will be offered to members free of charge for one year, and it does not include access to the $3,000 emergency fund Pawp offers.

Last year, Pawp made a similar deal with T-mobile, which offered the service to customers.

Pawp’s vet care team cannot prescribe Rx medications for pets since current regulations dictate that medications can only be prescribed over the phone or online by a licensed veterinary professional who has examined the pet in person.
