Wallbid introduce Greece’s first ferry ticket cancellation guarantee

With a single click during booking, Seajets passengers can now add the Cancellation Guarantee to their tickets. Powered by Wallbid’s zero-code embedded insurance platform, the process—from purchase to claim—is fully digital. Through the Wallbid Wallet, travelers can upload documents and receive payouts directly from their mobile device.

The launch marks an industry first for Greece’s ferry sector, combining flexibility and financial protection with a seamless user experience. Wallbid CEO Vassilis Stivaktakis said the partnership highlights how embedded insurance can enhance traveler confidence while creating new revenue opportunities for transport operators.
