Walgreens Launches Find Care Now

Walgreens has launched Find Care Now, a new digital platform and marketplace that connects people to healthcare services at Walgreens stores and to a growing selection of recognized providers.

Customers can use the Walgreens app or website to search for local and digital healthcare services such as health care clinics, urgent care, telehealth, lab testing, and physician second opinions. The platform also offers physician house calls and optical and hearing services in select markets.

Find Care Now is currently available through 17 providers ranging from hospitals to telehealth services. Some of the providers include NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and Heal, a healthcare startup that offers on-demand doctor house calls.

“People expect accessible quality care that fits their busy lives, and this is another way in which we’re continually evolving our business to bring health care services closer to our patients. Find Care Now is part of a series of innovations to offer a true omnichannel experience for Walgreens customers, as we work with others in the health care community to improve access to affordable health care services in the communities we serve.” – President of Operations at Walgreens, Richard Ashworth.
