Vienna Life launches vLife Portal

Vienna Life  introduced the vLife Portal, a new agent platform that consolidates all sales tools of the merged companies into a single login. The portal provides agents and partners with full visibility into their portfolios, streamlining application and policy processing and enabling faster customer service.

The system offers a 360-degree view of policies and applications, with real-time updates, quick searches, and workflow filters. Intermediaries also gain access to all existing products in one transparent platform, replacing the multiple systems previously in use.
