Verint expands insurance AI deployment
Verint signed a $13 million multi-year agreement with a U.S. insurer to deploy its AI-powered bots across customer experience operations. The bots will automate manual workflows for over 6,500 agents, with plans to scale to more than 12,000. The automation is expected to boost supervisor capacity by over 50% and agent capacity by over 25%. The deal closed in Verint’s fiscal Q1.
While Verint did not disclose the insurer’s name, its website features a case study with The General , which uses Verint’s callback technology to reduce hold times and abandonment rates during peak call volumes.

In its Q1 earnings call in March, Verint shared that one insurer doubled its use of Verint bots over the past year, growing ARR from $2.3 million in Q4 FY24 to $4.3 million in Q4 FY25. The company also secured a $27 million total contract value order in Q4 from an insurance company for renewal and expanded platform usage.
