Valitana launches specialty insurance platform

Financial technology company Valitana has launched Vesta, a policy management platform designed for specialty insurers, MGAs and MGUs operating in credit and political risk insurance.

The platform covers the full policy lifecycle, including submissions, non-binding indications, binding, endorsements, compliance, premium reconciliation and bordereaux reporting. It also provides real-time exposure and aggregate monitoring, sanctions-list checks, audit trails, portfolio analytics and live Excel integration.

According to Valitana, Vesta is already being used by specialty MGAs and insurers in the US and international markets for political risk and credit insurance portfolios.

The platform supports political risk, structured and portfolio credit, and mortgage credit insurance.
