USAA broadens the breadth of its small business offering

USAA launched another small business insurance product, expanding into inland marine.

The coverage will be available to members with existing BOP or GL policies that have valuable equipment or inventory that is kept in storage, at events or in transit.

This product is available in the following 11 states: Alabama, Arizona, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New Hampshire, Ohio, and Texas.

USAA announced its entry into commercial lines in 2021, citing “increasing demand from its members.” The USAA Insurance Agency has offered small business insurance for the last 30 years through unaffiliated insurance companies, however, now USAA offers their own BOP, workers’ compensation, commercial auto, GL and inland marine products.
