UNICO Group acquires Oracle Insurance Agency

Nebraska-based insurance brokerage UNICO Group   has acquired Oracle Insurance Agency. The transaction became effective July 9, 2026.

Founded in 2010 by Wil and Denise Stephany, Omaha-based Oracle specializes in personal lines and private client insurance.

Oracle’s clients will gain access to UNICO’s broader capabilities across property and casualty insurance, employee benefits, risk management and business solutions. The announcement did not disclose financial terms.

UNICO is headquartered in Lincoln, Nebraska, and operates additional locations in La Vista, Columbus and Norfolk.
