UnBrokerage Is Officially Becoming Layr

Last week, Atlanta-based digital commercial broker UnBrokerage announced a rebrand. “The name UnBrokerage simply doesn’t fit who we are or what we do.” Recall: UnBrokerage, established in 2016 by Phillip Naples and Andrew Egenes, offers an online platform to allow small business insurance shoppers to quote and purchase coverage from several insurers, including CNA, Chubb and AIG.

Also, it promises an online proposal in 12 minutes and access to a management portal to allow policyholders to generate certificates of insurance and/or initiate claims (to name two key features).
