Uber Partners with AXA to Offer Drivers Coverage in France

Uber has partnered with AXA to offer free accident coverage to drivers in France . The benefits package announced on Tuesday is similar to schemes announced in other countries – for instance in Nigeria, Uber collaborates with AXA Mansard to provide benefits to drivers for accidental death and disability during their Uber trips. According to Reuters, AXA said that the French protection of Uber workers would cover medical expenses, disability indemnities, and survivor benefits in case of an accident.
