For homeowners actively dealing with a claim, Tugboat offers Claim Support priced at $198, consisting of a $99 onboarding fee for existing claims plus a $99 annual membership. The service includes help writing letters to insurers, estimate reviews, documentation guidance, and access to claims experts.

Tugboat also offers a free Disaster Recovery tier for homeowners impacted by federally declared disasters. Eligible users receive 60 days of claim support at no cost, after which the membership renews at $99 annually.
