Trufla launches PolicyPro offshore service

Trufla has officially launched PolicyPro, an offshore back office and policy administration service.

PolicyPro provides trained, insurance focused offshore teams that integrate directly into a brokerage’s systems and workflows. The service is designed to deliver immediate operational capacity without the cost or disruption of expanding in house administrative teams.

The service supports a wide range of non licensed administrative functions, including policy transactions, portal data entry and quality control, renewals support, remarketing preparation, data downloads, document handling, commission reconciliation, and accounting assistance.
