Based on customer feedback, starting Tuesday, Prudential Hong Kong will launch its first digital offering – an online hospital insurance claims portal. Patients who have hospital coverage and are admitted to designated hospitals will provide basic personal information through the portal, and when they are discharged, the hospital claims documents will be submitted electronically by the hospital via the portal. The portal will be available for Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital with plans to add more hospitals in the future.

Our digital platform will help customers to be able to submit claims in a simple and easy manner.
