Baldwin partners with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation

The Baldwin Group announced a new collaboration with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, the sixth largest independent mortgage lender in the country with more than 67,000 loans originated in 2024.

As part of the partnership, Fairway will launch Fairway Home Insurance Agency and offer home and other personal insurance solutions to their mortgage clients while leveraging Baldwin’s technology platform, national insurance carrier relationships and industry expertise. The partnership is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2026.
