Terminal raises $3.1 million

Terminal, which describes itself as the Plaid for commercial trucking telematics, has closed a $3.1 million seed round led by Golden Ventures ,with participation from Y Combinator, Wayfinder Ventures, Northside Ventures, and others.

Founded in 2023, the Canadian startup looks to give third parties access to GPS data, speeding data and vehicle stats with a single API.

Terminal rolled out its product this summer and has more than 150,000 trucks’ data committed to being integrated into its system.
