Telematics provider from Kuala Lumpur picks up funding
Kuala Lumpur-based Pixelated, which owns the brand KATSANA announced it has raised $893,000 in a seed round . The two-year-old company targets auto insurers with a telematics platform called KATSANA Insight that provides behavior data on drivers. Two things to note: (1) The KATSANA app color codes a vehicle’s journey based on speed and (2) installation of fuel sensors is available for fleets looking to reduce theft of fuel.
