Talage raises $9 million

Talage closed a $9 million funding round led by Merus Capital, with participation from Calibrate Ventures, Hallador Financial, Advantage Capital, and Reno Seed Fund.

Founded in 2015, the company provides digital distribution software solutions for commercial insurance that automates traditionally manual processes, such as applications or submissions.

In recent months, it added the ability to quote additional lines of coverage such as professional liability and cyber insurance and delivered tools to simplify renewals, book rolls, and cross-sell opportunities.
