TAL launches Inforce Management dashboard for advisers

TAL introduced Inforce Management, a new dashboard inside the TAL Adviser Centre designed to simplify how advisers manage existing client policies.

Built with input from advisers and support teams, the tool consolidates all inforce policy data into a single view. Early users report saving up to 30 minutes a day on tasks like tracking overdue premiums and identifying policies at risk of lapsing.

The dashboard highlights upcoming renewals, lapses, and overdue items, and adds faster workflows for common updates such as client details and payment changes. A new Secure File Transfer feature lets advisers submit alteration requests directly within the platform.

TAL also launched TAL In Focus, a weekly email that summarizes upcoming client actions and policy activity for advisers and their teams.

The company says additional enhancements are already in development. Advisers can access Inforce Management through their existing TAC login.
