Steadfast Claims Solutions acquires Insurx

Steadfast Group  announced that Steadfast Claims Solutions, a subsidiary of Steadfast Risk Group, has acquired Insurx pty , the claims management subsidiary of Claim Central Consolidated, to accelerate its service offering in managing and servicing insurance claims.

The combined team will work together to continue to provide services to their client base, providing claims advocacy, claims preparation and catastrophe claims advocacy supported by a robust digital claims management technology platform.

As part of the acquisition, Insurx will immediately commence the transition process to Steadfast Claims Solutions and the Insurx team will report to the Chief Executive Officer of Steadfast Claims Solutions, Andy Martindale.
