Staysure launches AI agent with Boost.ai

Boost.ai has been selected by Staysure , UK’s travel insurer, to power its new AI agent, Susi. The web-based AI assistant is trained across more than 770 topics and is designed to improve support access, accuracy, and continuity for customers. Since launching in July, Susi has achieved over 60% containment, resolving nearly two-thirds of customer queries without human escalation and helping eliminate overnight backlogs of webform contacts.

Staysure chose boost.ai for its hybrid model and ISO-certified approach, giving the insurer confidence to adopt generative AI in a regulated industry. By enhancing its existing webchat with Susi, Staysure has boosted first-time resolution rates while allowing human agents to focus on more complex cases.
