State Fund selects Stream for AI claims evidence review

California’s State Compensation Insurance Fund has selected Stream to help its workers’ compensation claims teams review medical records, correspondence, legal filings and other claims evidence.

Stream’s AI platform organizes documents, identifies relevant information and flags inconsistencies. Outputs link back to source pages so claims professionals can verify the findings, with decisions remaining with adjusters.

State Compensation Insurance Fund selected Stream Claims following an evaluation by its claims leadership and technology teams. The platform is being rolled out across its claims operations, and the organizations may explore additional use cases.
