Stable Rock Solutions acquires Patriotic Insurance Group

Stable Rock Solutions has acquired Patriotic Insurance Group , expanding its insurance services division and adding brokerage capabilities to its broader platform.

Patriotic is a veteran-owned brokerage serving more than 1,700 clients across commercial and personal lines, with a focus on tailored coverage and carrier relationships.

The deal allows Stable Rock to deepen its offering across areas such as E&O, D&O, cyber, and personal lines, while integrating brokerage services into its existing platform that includes accounting, tax, compliance, and advisory.

Patriotic’s team will remain in place and operate under Stable Rock Insurance Agency licenses, with access to a broader carrier network and internal resources.
