Spotted: Seguro Directo’s New Look

Ageas-backed Portuguese insurer Seguro Directo has a new look.

Established in 1996, the personal lines insurer – and a pioneer in the sale of direct insurance, first by phone, later online, and more recently via a TV App* – has completed the first phase of its rebranding – launching a new website that offers a car insurance quote simulator to reduce the questions asked from 27 to 6.

“This was a very challenging project, especially considering its complexity and the areas involved, but in the end the result obtained allows a simplified, clear experience and allows us to continue working so that we can increasingly close to our Customers. This was the first stage of the “new” Direct Insurance, and by 2019 we have planned new features and products, in order to be ‘simpler than you think’.” – Director of Seguro Directo, Eduardo Caria.
