Recall: Givesurance is a San Francisco-based insurance broker launched in 2013 by Jennifer Rasiah to turn insurance payments into charitable donations. It asked policyholders to provide details on their coverage, including insurance provider, policy number, state, and expiration date. Later, it returned up to 5% of all their monthly insurance premiums in the form of a donation credit. That was then. This is now. According to LinkedIn, Givesurance is an all-in-one platform for commercial insurance that adds value to every customer, offering various plans and coverage that can meet every organization’s needs. Givesurance also evokes Salesforce’s 1-1-1 Philanthropic model, pledging 1% to improve communities throughout the world.
Bottom Line: things change.
