Spanish insurtech Getlife launches life insurance for firefighters

Life5 has introduced a new life insurance product in Spain, specifically created for firefighters.

The product is available digitally, free of paperwork, and medical tests. The insurance is effective immediately, and the policy can also be modified online. Users can get €150,000 in compensation for €5 each month.

In the event of death, Getlife enables collecting 10% of compensation in advance, up to €6,000, to pay for funeral costs.

Founded in 2021, the startup secured $7.5 million and is a team of ~50.
