Smart appoints Lee Hepplewhite as CTO

Smart Pension has appointed Lee Hepplewhite as Chief Technology Officer, as the company looks to scale its product and engineering capabilities.

Hepplewhite brings over 20 years of experience across AI, machine learning, cloud modernization, and data platforms. He will lead the next phase of development for Keystone, Smart’s global retirement and savings platform, which powers its UK Master Trust and supports partnerships such as its recent collaboration with Hargreaves Lansdown’s Workplace business.
