Simplicity acquires Insurance Planners and Advisors Group

Simplicity Group Holdings has acquired Insurance Planners and Advisors Group, expanding its presence in Texas and adding new partners to its platform.

As part of the deal, Jim Tucker and Mike Tucker will join Simplicity as partners, and the acquired firm will rebrand as Simplicity Fort Worth.

IPAG operates as a brokerage general agency and financial planning firm focused on mass affluent clients, offering services across investments, life insurance, long-term care, and estate planning.

The acquisition strengthens Simplicity’s distribution footprint while providing IPAG with access to broader resources, including wealth management tools and national-scale support for advisors.
