Simplicity acquires DuVall Financial Group

Simplicity Group Holdings  acquired DuVall Financial Group, a brokerage general agency serving independent agents with insurance and marketing solutions.

The firm will rebrand as Simplicity DFG and continue under the leadership of Gaines DuVall, Paul Hazard, and JP Penzkover, all of whom become Simplicity Partners.

The move strengthens Simplicity’s distribution capabilities and expands access to its wealth, life, annuity, DI, and LTC offerings.
