Siebert expands investment in FusionIQ
Siebert has made an additional investment in wealth technology provider FusionIQ and signed a strategic partnership to expand their work across technology, distribution and product development. The investment amount was not disclosed.
Subject to definitive agreements, the companies plan to enter a 10-year transformation partnership focused on wealth and advisory services, broker-dealer and institutional distribution, and digital asset and payments infrastructure.
The agreement builds on a partnership announced in June 2025, under which FusionIQ began supporting Siebert’s hybrid advice, self-directed investing and multi-custodian capabilities.
The companies intend to jointly develop and commercialize products combining FusionIQ’s cloud-based wealth technology with Siebert’s broker-dealer, advisory and institutional infrastructure.

Founded in 2008, the Massachusetts-based wealth management technology company helps insurers embed digital investing and advisory tools into the policyholder experience.
