This solution simplifies the insurance process for homebuyers by embedding coverage options directly into the home-buying experience.

The HO5 policy offers broader protection compared to standard HO3 policies, including open-perils coverage for homes and personal belongings, enhanced personal property limits, and streamlined claims handling.

The program leverages Embark’s proprietary technology to integrate insurance quotes seamlessly into builders’ sales and mortgage processes. Preloaded builder data ensures accurate quotes without lengthy applications, reducing delays during closing.
