Salty Dot files Form D with the SEC
Salt Lake City-based Salty Dot has filed its Form D with the SEC in connection to an equity round totaling $6,809,372.
Founded in 2019, the company (a team of ~44) offers a platform to allow carriers and distribution partners to offer insurance in real-time during the purchase process. The company’s insurance partners include Progressive, Travelers, MetLife, Amica, Nationwide, Kemper, Dairyland, and Bristol West among others.
