Safeguard Home & Auto files Form D with the SEC

Pennsylvania-based Safeguard Home & Auto , a provider of insurance service for personal and commercial clients, has filed its Form D with the SEC in connection to an equity round totaling $62,500.

Established in 2016, the company provides homeowners, auto, motorcycle, landlord, renters and umbrella insurance.  The company claims to offer quotes from insurers such as Nationwide, MetLife, Hanover, Travelers, Progressive, and Chubb among others. However, trying to obtain a quote online results in an error.
