SafeBeyond and Munich Re: It’s official
As of yesterday, SafeBeyond, which offers an Emotional Life Insurance Platform, signed a strategic partnership with Munich Re to distribute its product in the US. The announcement follows a similar deal signed in Canada, last year. The 3-year-old startup provides businesses (think: insurers, estate planning attorneys and wealth managers) with an online identity management solution to allow users to create, manage, and control their digital assets, identity and legacy. One of the features that sets SafeBeyond apart is its capability to allow users to create personalized future messages to be released based on certain triggers, to their friends and family, when they’re needed most. “By combining Munich Re’s deep reach and even deeper understanding of the market with SafeBeyond’s vision of offering insurance companies innovative tools to improve customer engagement, we can identify and target exciting new opportunities” said Moran Zur, CEO of SafeBeyond.
