Ryan Specialty’s MGU expands to franchise hotels and hotel-alternatives

Suitelife Underwriting Managers , a managing general underwriter for full-service hotels, premier hotels, boutique hotels, condo-hotels, resorts and hotel management companies, added a new program – the Franchise Hotel Program.

The Franchise Hotel Program focuses primarily on 3-star full-service franchise hotels, limited-service hotels, smaller independent hotels or boutique hotels. The Franchise Hotel Program is available in all states except AK, HI and the US Territories.

The program is underwritten by an A+ rated carrier.
