Roamly expands into Canada

Roamly , an insurtech owned by Outdoorsy , has expanded into Canada through the acquisition of Canadian Access and the establishment of its Toronto headquarters, with Richard Sanders appointed as president.

Roamly Enterprise, its AI-driven underwriting and policy management platform, processes over 200 terabytes of actuarial data daily, enabling streamlined pricing and risk assessment for insurers. The firm plans to develop insurance products for home, auto, specialty insurance, and mobility marketplaces, including carsharing and RV rentals.

Roamly recently expanded reinsurance partnerships with Apollo, ICW, Ladder Re, SiriusPoint, Spinnaker, and Vantage, further enhancing its offerings in the North American market.
