Risk Strategies expands employee benefits expertise with Cornerstone and ARC Acquisition

Risk Strategies  has acquired Cornerstone Broker Insurance Services Agency, Inc., an Ohio-based employee benefits organization, along with its subsidiary, ARC Benefit Solutions.

Cornerstone, founded in 1985, provides health insurance services to independent brokers, along with back-office support like quoting and enrollment. ARC, established in 2019, supports retiring brokers and offers employee benefits services such as medical, dental, and vision plans.

Headquartered in Cincinnati, with offices across Ohio, Cornerstone and ARC have a strong community presence and have been recognized as a top workplace for nine years. The acquisition strengthens Risk Strategies’ employee benefits operations in Ohio, complementing its 2018 acquisition of Benefits Network Insurance Agency. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
