Revolut’s Use of Video for Customer Support

Digital banking alternative Revolut, is introducing a series of videos to improve customer experience and speed up support cases. Now, Revolut support agents will be able to share one of several ‘how-to’ videos, alongside their text answers. The videos will be short, ranging from 20 – 60 seconds and will show how to perform certain actions within the app.
