RenoRun expands to Washington DC
Canadian e-commerce platform for construction and building materials RenoRun has officially launched in Washington, DC, now operating in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, and Montreal.
Founded in 2016, RenoRun works with different material suppliers to source building and construction materials including lumber, drywall, insulation, shingles, siding, hardware, doors, and more. The company allows for customized orders and deliveries with walk-in services, drop-off instructions, and free coffee with every delivery.
The company recently raised $142.4 million in a Series B funding round that included BDC Capital’s Women in Technology Venture Fund, Desjardins Venture Capital , Export Development Canada, Fifth Wall, Investissement Quebec, Nicola Wealth Management, SE Ventures, Sozo Ventures, Tiger Global Management, TriplePoint Capital. To date, the company raised $163.46 million.
