Renaissance Alliance acquires Evolution Partners’ Agency Network Business

Renaissance Alliance , an independent insurance agency network, has acquired the agency network business of Evolution Partners - Agency Network Business , a California-based membership group that helps independent agencies secure direct carrier appointments.

The deal expands Renaissance’s footprint while giving Evolution Partners’ members access to Renaissance’s carrier relationships, technology, and back-office support. Members will be able to leverage these resources to improve efficiency, drive revenue, and grow profitability while maintaining local ownership and identity.

As part of the acquisition, Navion Insurance Associates, the flagship agency of Evolution Partners, will be the first in the network to adopt the Renaissance platform.
