Real estate software company Sisu enters insurance

Real estate software company Sisu has announced the launch of Sympli, an initiative designed to help its clients launch their own mortgage, insurance, and title businesses.

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Kaysville, UT, Sisu operates in the space of real estate workflow automation. Product features include lead and transaction analytics, transaction and back-office management, sales contest platforms, a customer-branded client portal, and more. The company has raised $5 million since its inception and has a team of around 50 people.

Sympli Insurance provides renewal revenue and book-of-business ownership for home, life, car, and pet insurance, secured in partnership with Hello Covered .

“Sympli is more than just a business partnership; it’s a catalyst for transformation in the real estate industry. By empowering  our clients to start their own mortgage, insurance and title businesses, we’re opening up new avenues for growth and profitability.” – Brian Charlesworth, CEO and Founder of Sisu.

“Our vision with Sympli is clear – to empower real estate teams and brokerages to take ownership and legally monetize the entire transaction process, while providing a better experience for their customers. In today’s times of commission compression, ever increasing lead platform success fees and the anti-trust lawsuit, smart teams and high performing brokerages need to focus on how to set up RESPA compliant ancillary businesses to diversify their income and strategically set them apart from their competition. This initiative is about providing our clients with the tools, technology, and team necessary to succeed in a competitive and ever-competitive, compressed market.” – Frank A. Felice, CRO of Sisu.

Bottom Line: Good news for MetLife Pet.
