Readily raises $11 million Series A
San Francisco-based Readily , an AI compliance platform serving health plans and other healthcare organizations, raised an $11 million Series A led by Define Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator and the California Health Care Foundation Innovation Fund.

The platform connects regulatory requirements with internal policies, assigned tasks, audits and supporting evidence. It helps teams assess regulatory changes, coordinate responses and track completion, with staff retaining responsibility for decisions.
Readily plans to use the funding to expand beyond compliance workflows into broader oversight of operational execution and emerging risks. The company is targeting healthcare leaders who need visibility into unresolved issues, accountability and potential business impacts.
L.A. Care Health Plan is among the organizations working with Readily. Chief Compliance Officer Todd Gower said the health plan is incorporating AI tools to streamline administrative work and give staff more time for higher-value compliance activities.
