Ravin AI partners with ProTowCall

Ravin AI  and ProTowCall have formed a partnership to bring AI-powered vehicle inspection to roadside incidents. The integration embeds RAVIN’s device-agnostic damage detection into ProTowCall’s dispatch and incident management platform, which connects directly with law enforcement.

The solution captures structured, geotagged imagery in under 90 seconds, producing audit-ready evidence secured by chain of custody. That data moves instantly from the crash scene to insurers, replacing the industry’s typical lag of days or weeks. The approach speeds scene clearance, reduces road risks, and creates a digital evidence trail that can be shared across stakeholders.

Paired with Triton’s collision reporting, the integration connects first response with claims decisioning. Insurers get verified imagery to triage or assess total losses, while tow operators and fleets gain fact-based inputs for storage and salvage calls. Initial pilots are underway with select agencies and carriers, with a broader rollout planned following early deployments.
