Ravical raises $17 million

Ravical , an AI platform for accounting and tax firms that also offers tools for insurance brokers, raised $17 million in seed funding led by MMC Ventures, with participation from existing investors Lakestar and Pitchdrive and new investor Shapers. The round brings its total funding to $25 million.

Founded in 2025, the Ghent- and London-based company helps firms turn internal expertise into shared workflows, automate preparatory work and reviews, and identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing clients. More than 100 accounting firms across Europe use the platform.

For insurance brokers, Ravical compares coverage with changes in a client’s business, including new assets and operational shifts, to flag potential coverage gaps ahead of renewals. Its workspace and email add-in help teams prepare recommendations and identify reasons to contact clients.

The funding will support growth in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, further expansion across Europe, and entry into the US.
